Calling all musicians and music lovers! Come into The Listening Booth. Singer-songwriter Marissa Lerer, migrated from Brooklyn to Delaware during the pandemic. After being guided by Dar Williams, musician and author of (What I Found In A Thousand Towns), Marissa decided to open a music venue and community space in Rehobeth Beach, Delaware called The Listening Booth. We speak to her about why she decided to do this and how a music venue can help build community. After this segment we return the topic of the evolution of main street and the downtown area in Salisbury, Maryland.
